What do I have to do to request a return?
You just have to request the return online and we take care of the rest.
When the return request has been approved, the courier order has been placed and Sameday will pick up the products. The products will be picked up in 1-2 working days. If the courier was not in the time estimated above, please contact us to redo the courier order.
By sending an online return request, you assume the information provided such as: the product you want to exchange, the model, the size, the IBAN in which the return will be made, the color or other characteristics thereof. In case you filled in the request and the exchange package incorrectly it has not been sent , it can be modified. In case you filled in the request and the exchange package incorrectly has been sent, you assume responsibility for it and the costs related to the exchange.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE TERMS:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. The product has not been worn and can be resold.
3. The product has not been damaged in any way and contains all the Inotex labels and accessories received in the package.
4. You can only make one exchange per order. Exchange is not free!
The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the deadline has passed, returns/exchanges are no longer possible for any reason.
The reflection period (product return) of 14 days is not valid for all products . Here is an exception:
The costs of returning products purchased from our store will be in the following forms:
- Product exchange : Inotex bears half of the transport cost for product exchange
- Order return: The cost of the return transport will be deducted from the refundable value of the order
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
It costs 20 lei.
The refund of the product value will be made within 14 days at most from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract, but not before the date of receipt of the goods.
The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should touch and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do it in a store; for example, the consumer should only try on an article of clothing, not wear it.
